A very simple, very tasty dip which Patty contributed to our Hallelujah a Holiday Pot Luck party. Pickles are just one of my favorite things on the planet. I even add slices of pickles to my peanut butter toast for breakfast. Is that too much honesty?
1 8 oz bar cream cheese
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 small jar of pickles (14 oz) chopped
4 ounces shaved ham
Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Add pickles and ham and chill overnight. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
