Looking to satisfy that sweet tooth but not break the bank with calories? Try this quick and easy yogurt parfait. With mix and match yogurt flavors and toppings, there’s something to please everyone!
There is only 45 calories in 1/2 of a light container of yogurt and 15 calories in 2 tablespoons of Reddi wip.
3 ounces light key lime yogurt, which is 1/2 of a small container (I love the Yoplait light brand)
Reddi-wip real whip cream (I use extra creamy)
Strawberry fan (optional)
Fill small dish with yogurt, top with Reddi wip and toasted coconut
Other combinations I like include strawberry, blueberry or cherry topped with mini chocolate chips or granola.
Another option is to add chopped fruit in the bottom of the dish before adding the yogurt for a more substantial dessert. Still a very health indulgence!
