Great Memorial Day Eats is a compilation of recipes for your upcoming weekend festivities. Whether you’re headed to the cabin, or having a cook-out in the backyard, these recipes are great crowd pleasers. I’ve included some delicious burgers with a flavorful twist. There’s also the famous Aunt Janice’s potato salad (at least in my family), plus yummy pasta salad and broccoli salad recipes. You can stir up some dips that are so good, you’ll have to stock up on extra chips and crackers. Of course, I’ve included recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth as well. Both something for the chocolate lovers and the lemon lovers in your crowd!

I must confess that I am feeling a little nostalgic this Memorial Day. It will be first time in 12 years that the ceremonial start of summer will not include a trip to the cabin. But there’s nothing like digging into your favorite foods to brighten your spirits. So there will be brats, potato salad and onion dip at the Bennett’s BBQ.
