Ingredients
7tbspEuropean-style unsalted butter, softened
3 tbspchives, divided
1/4 tspKosher salt, plus additional for seasoning
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper, plus additional for seasoning
1tsplemon juice
1tsp extra virgin olive oil
1cupcoarsely chopped flat leaf parsley
110 inch crusty baguette, halved lengthwise
4ouncesradishes, trimmed and sliced thin
flake sea salt
Instructions
Combine butter, 2 tbsp chives, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper in bowl.
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil and remaining 1 tbsp of chives in a medium bowl. Add parsley and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread butter mixture over cut sides of baguette. Shingle radishes (overlap) onto butter bread. Top with parsley salad. and sprinkle with flake sea salt to taste. Cut into serving pieces,
