Easy Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies
An easy, healthy and colorful medley of roasted sausage and veggies seasoned with your favorite spice blend

Ingredients
Smoked Sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
(12-16 ounces)

sweet potato
peeled and cut into 1/2'' cubes

cups
green beans cut into 2-inch pieces

chopped red pepper
2
cloves
garlic minced
optional

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
spice blend
Mrs. Dash, Cajun, Taco, Italian seasoning

teaspoon
kosher salt
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Place the sausage, veggies, and minced garlic on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with your favorite spice blend and salt and pepper. Toss until everything is well-coated with olive oil and spices.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through. Enjoy!
