Ingredients
1tablespoonbutter
1poundground chicken or turkey
1/2cupchopped carrots
1/2cupchopped celery
1package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
1can15 ounces white beans, rinsed and drained
1can14 1/2 ounces petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4cupFRANK’S® RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 1/2cupschicken broth
Optional Toppings
1/3cupsour cream
2TbspCrumbled Blue Cheese
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
additional crumbled blue cheese
1avocado cut into chunks
sliced green onions
Instructions
Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots and celery; cook covered for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are fairly tender, stirring occasionally. Add ground chicken or turkey; cook 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with desired toppings. For more heat, drizzle with additional RedHot Sauce, if desired.
Optional Toppings
For Blue Cheese Sour Cream; stir 2 tbsp. blue cheese into 1/3 c. sour cream. Add a dollop to chili before serving. Top chili with other desired toppings.
