Ingredients
Marinade
1/2c.soy sauce
1/2c.olive oil
4tbsphoney
6clovesminced garlic
1 1/2tspkosher salt
1tspground black pepper
3tbsp.minced rosemary
Pork Chops
6boneless pork chops (3/4" thick)
Instructions
Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or liquid measuring cup. Place pork chops in a large zip lock bag and add the marinade, coating the meat well. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight.
Remove meat from the refrigerator and place it on the counter as you heat the grill. Remove chops from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill 4-5 minutes per side or until an instant-read meat thermometer reaches 145 degrees.
Let chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Notes: I recommend marinating the chops for at least 8 hours. I like to shoot for 24 hours which yields a nice flavorful chop.
