Orange liquor spiked strawberry sauce served over ice cream, topped with shaved chocolate

Ingredients
2cupsquartered strawberries
1/4cuptriple secorange flavored liquor
2-3tbspsugar
1 1/4cupsliced strawberries
6cupsvanilla ice creamor more!
1ouncesquare of baking chocolate
Instructions
Combine 2 cups quartered strawberries, 1/4 cup triple sec and sugar in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in 1 1/4 cup sliced strawberries. Cover and chill for one hour or longer.
Microwave baking chocolate square for 10 second intervals until it softens slightly (you don't want it to melt!) Wrap one end of chocolate square with plastic wrap and holding wrapped end, shave chocolate with a vegetable peeler.
Ladle a small amount of strawberry sauce into serving dishes. Add a scoop of ice cream and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Enjoy!
Notes
You can opt for mini chocolate chips instead of the shaved chocolate or used chopped pistachios, pecans or almonds.
